Describing coffee flavors is beyond my scope ... I just know a good cup of coffee when I taste it. Though I have found I have a preference for coffees from the Guatemala - Honduras region, choosing between them becomes a question of which steak is preferred: Sirloin, Porterhouse, Filet Mignon ... You will not be disappointed with Honduras Morning Splendor, it is a fine Porterhouse; On another note, I sure enjoy the size selection by Roast Haus; makes it easier to explore the varieties. People always have elaborate terms to describe what coffee tastes like. I rarely put much stock in what someone else’s unique taste buds tell them, largely because I am not them. All I know is that after tasting this superb coffee (Ethiopia G1) I am immediately at the Addis Abbaba Hilton, morning newspaper in hand, listening to the early chant of the Muezzein high in the local minaret and watching the sunlight streaming through the glorious aroma drifting up in the lazy ambiance of my first cup of coffee in the morning.
Yeah… it’s that good.

One of my two favorite coffee companies on the internet that I've tried and I've tried about 20 to 30. I have had instances where something wasn't quite as darkly roasted as previous times, but that's hardly anything to complain about because it's a small thing, the prices are good, and they give you a whole pound instead of 12 oz. Definitely one of my go-to's
I really like this coffee, it has been my favorite for some time. The flavor is rich and also my wife doesn’t react to it like she does to the store bought coffee.
